​In my role as Internal Recruitment Administrator, I am the first point of contact for all candidate applications. I screen candidates to determine their suitability for our recruitment roles here at Search.

I enjoy speaking to candidates on a daily basis and providing a positive recruitment experience. My daily duties also involve full responsibility for our internal recruitment inbox which varies from Rec2rec submissions, sending out personality testing to candidates and hiring managers, referrals and many other queries that keep me busy.

I developed an interest in Recruitment whilst working in HR. I much preferred speaking to candidates whilst onboarding them into the business and felt a career in Recruitment was much more suited to my skills and personality. I gained most of my recruitment experience as a Resourcer on a temporary desk, and the rest, as they say, is history!
