Do you have a strong track in recruitment? Or maybe you are an experienced manager within a Call & Contact Centre role looking for a new challenge and a career within recruitment? Our incredibly successful Edinburgh team are recruiting and we would love to discuss this role with you!


Supported by an experienced and hands on manager you will provide our clients within permanent recruitment solutions within the Call & Contact Centre market. Focused on senior appointments, you must have a comprehensive understanding of this sector. You may currently work within a commercial recruitment role looking for an opportunity to further develop at the senior end, or you may be working at a management level within a Call & Contact role and looking to take this commercial knowledge and diversify within recruitment.

As you would expect, our client portfolio includes some of the UK's largest employers. Our assignments are often challenging and always diverse in their requirements - ranging from contingency based recruitment solutions through to retained advertising campaigns for senior or more technical/specialist Call & Contact Centre roles.
This is a sales role and you will be expected to build a desk from generating your own leads as well as using our database system, bringing on new clients and building relationships.
