About the team
Search Industrial, Driving and Logistics in Yorkshire are a well established and close nit team who have an extremely strong presence across the region. Since forming in 2015 the Yorkshire Industrial team have had unrivalled success and this next appointment will be key to continuing that.
Due to further growth we are now looking to add to the team for a Consultant to be based from our Leeds Office to target placing HGV Drivers into the Logistics sector. This market is very robust as the logistics sector covers everything from e-commerce deliveries to the food on supermarket shelves. Ideally you will have experience within a similar role as a Consultant or have experience selling into this sector, or working within Transport and want to make the transition to recruitment.
The standards across the group are high, but the opportunity to succeed and work amongst some of the best in the industry is massive and would suit an ambitious person who craves progression and the opportunity to carve their own career and earn uncapped bonuses.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who are keen to pick up the phone and help build a successful business. The role of a Driving Recruitment Consultant is to both grow the business through sales, speaking to local companies about the candidates we have available as well as supporting the team to find the best available candidates for our clients and match the right person for the vacancies we manage. You will be placing candidates across the Logistics Industry into contracts and temp assignments and helping them find the right jobs that meet what they desire.
To be truly successful in this role you will be a good networker, be honest, driven and able to forge good relationships. There is also the need to be a superb listener, work in an organised and structured fashion and to aim high to achieve.
