Search Call & Contact Centre, a specialist division of Search Consultancy, provides permanent and interim recruitment solutions to organisations across all major industry sectors, giving total UK coverage via our network of sites.
We not only focus on providing personnel for volume headcount centres, with a true call or contact centre culture, but also supply recruitment support to organisations across a variety of industries, who may only have a headcount of 1 or 2 telephony-based roles.

Our assignments are often challenging and always diverse in their requirements – ranging from contingency based recruitment solutions through to retained advertising campaigns for senior or more technical/specialist Call & Contact Centre roles.
We currently have the opportunity for a Contracts Delivery Consultant to work within one of the busiest and successful divisions in Edinburgh. Joining a growing team, working alongside experienced consultants and managers to give you the support and training you need to be as successful as you can be. We are searching for Delivery Consultants who have a proven track record in candidate generation, building and maintaining relationships to their candidates, and are used to delivering in a high paced and reactive environment.
