We are looking to add to our contracts team in Leeds, to join this highly successful, busy and vibrant team of highly reputable and recognised recruitment consultants. As our success and reputation has grown in the Sales and Customer Service areas, we are now in the enviable position of needing a team of dedicated and focused contracts consultants and resourcers to support an experienced management team in delivering great candidates to our committed key clients. These clients are mainly large, well known call centre and customer service organisations in the West Yorkshire and North East region, who need an agency which can support them with high quality, large volumes of call centre advisors and agents, often at short notice.
The role itself will involve attracting applications via our database and partner job boards, telescreening candidates, establishing their needs, matching them to a variety of exciting opportunities with the region’s leading employers and securing them interviews and consequently. with your help and expertise…..a new job!
In addition there will be a wide variety of additional tasks and responsibilities from account management, providing management information for internal and external reports, updating the clients regularly and attending assessment centres, client meetings and service reviews. Prospects for progression are very real and tangible if that is important to you.
- Experience in resourcing, telephone interviewing, the recruitment process will give you a real advantage in this role
- If you’ve worked on the phones in a contact centre based role, so much the better
- Resilience is key – this is a challenging role where you need to be able to keep focused and keep going
- Confident with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Like all recruitment roles, you will need to be able to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for the role with a real drive to deliver innovative and creative solutions to our client’s needs
Ideally you'll have a recruitment/resourcing/interviewing experience and be looking to join an already successful, growing, bustling office in a company with great back office support as well as with an experienced and motivated team around you.
