We are looking for a Divisional Manager to drive the success of our East coast Office Services business at Search Consultancy. You will be an experienced Manager who has already gained experience managing within a Recruitment business.
Your job will be to grow the business in our Edinburgh, Dunfermline and Dundee offices ensuring profitability, growth, retention and new business wins.
We already have an extremely successful Senior Divisional Manager driving the performance of our Glasgow business and this structure has contributed to our profit increasing significantly in the last 12 months so we are confident adding this layer to our east coast business will lead to further success and continued growth.
You will manage an existing team of Perm & Temp Consultants initially however there will be further headcount growth expected in 2017 and beyond so you will also have the opportunity to recruit additional staff into your team, be that experienced recruiters or trainees. We have an excellent training and development programme which allows us to invest in bringing new talent into the recruitment industry and this has worked well for us in recent years.
Our Divisional Managers also continue to also run a desk, albeit your targets are not quite what we would expect from a Recruitment Consultant but you would be expected to bring on new business and make placements in addition to your managerial responsibilities.
The east coast Office Services team are talented and there is a lot of potential in the staff that we have recruited in recent months so it’s a fantastic starting point for any Manager looking for a new challenge but without having to build a team from scratch.
