We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our Office Services division in our Liverpool office. Search Consultancy in Liverpool has experienced phenomenal growth and as a result, we have moved into new, larger offices with excellent facilities and a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

We are looking for a focused and hungry leader to develop our team of temp and perm consultants and help progress their careers and take them into a successful 2018 and beyond!

Our consultants are passionate about Search, they are very keen to do well and progress and they are a fantastic team to manage. Office Services Liverpool has enjoyed years of success, they are regular attendees at our annual awards and they are passionate about delivering high quality candidates to their clients. They have a fantastic reputation in the market and work along side our Call & Contact Centre division where they enjoy a vibrant working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage this fun and driven team, who already benefit from a fantastic reputation in the market and are the “go to” Recruitment agency in Liverpool. We have enjoyed a highly successful 10 years and we are now focusing on further developing our core business. 
 

Skills

  • A proven track record of success within temporary and/or permanent commercial recruitment (other specialisms will be considered)
  • Experience managing a team of successful sales people through people development, performance management and the setting of key, smart objectives
  • Strong sales and account management with commercial acumen
  • Career minded, hard working and driven
  • Ability to nurture relationships, internally and externally
