It’s not every day an opportunity to manage an already successful and performing recruitment team comes along. Today is that day.
Our Edinburgh Office Services team is currently small but they are mighty (as they demonstrate regularly). At the end of August they were sitting 21% ahead of the annual budget and even more impressive 65% ahead of contribution budget.

Both Consultants in the team have been with the business for over 1 year and are both performing strongly having recently just had personal best months. They get on extremely well and are genuinely 2 of the nicest people I’ve come across in recruitment so they are a dream to work with. 
Not sold yet – well there’s more.

We need to grow the team. We have recently been briefed on a potential 50 temp jobs from an existing client and we are starting to get clients call us with perm jobs as a result of all the BD that’s been done over the last year. As much as the team are great, there is only so much 2 people can do.

As the Divisional Manager it will be your job to continue working with the existing team to ensure they achieve the promotions they have set their sights upon and to grow the team by an additional 2 before the end of 2018 to set the Edinburgh Office Services division up to start 2019 in a really strong place.

Well there is also Dunfermline. We have a strong business in the Fife area and a brand new Consultant joining us in October so you will also able to develop business and build a team in the Fife area which gives that added challenge of multi-site and remote people management.
