Search Legal are expanding across the UK, it is an incredibly exciting time to join this very successful division. We are looking for an experienced Interim recruiter to drive and develop our temp business.

Based in the Leeds office you will work alongside an experienced Temp team providing interim recruitment solutions to legal clients across the UK, With us you will be given a large territory, with warm clients that have locum/interim needs, and the systems and support to help you grow and run a very profitable and successful desk. While you will be part of specialist legal temp team you'll see our legal recruiters work alongside each other seamlessly, whether a temp or perm specialist, making BD as easy and efficient as possible.


As a Temp recruiter you will have the ability to work at a fast pace, understanding the interim market and building a strong network of candidates to ensure you can fulfil your clients requirements at a moments notice. You will focus on Qualified Legal recruitment, placing interim specialists within practice and in-house legal roles.


What we are looking for:

  • Experienced Temp Recruiter, ideally a track record within the Legal sector

  • Strategic in your approach, the ability to map out the market and identify new business

  • Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling

  • Candidate management, including sourcing and networking activities

  • Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships

  • You must be ambitious, energetic and hard working.
