We are a legal division specialises in placing associates/ partners /general counsel in law firms and in house for leading household names across the UK. Our Private Practice client base covers most of the top 100 law firms in the UK (International, National, and Regional firms) that are based in London and throughout the UK. we have access to these clients as the team in Crawley forms a part of a larger UK wide Legal division at Search, allowing us to deliver top service to clients across the UK.
The team here recruit for private practice clients across London and the South. Your role would be to professionally lead the team; motivating them and managing them to consistently achieve success. As a manager at Search you will get freedom to operate your business your way to deliver the required results. Consultants in the legal Division are all hard working, successful recruiters; some are Search’s Top Perm Consultants, everyone values working as a team. The team have also been with Search for a lot of years, which clearly demonstrates a career is on offer as well as fantastic rewards and earning potential.
Additionally, you will be given a desk recruiting for private practice firms in London, alongside other members of the team that focus on London. Newly qualified salaries start at £50,000 in London and average fees are so high you will always earn bonus on your placements.
Previous legal recruitment experience is great, although we understand that you may not have this. Where you don’t have prior experience in the legal sector we will add to your skillset and continue to develop your skills to map the market as well as how to create and realise strong, long lasting business relationships. You will become a truly specialist legal recruiter.
We are looking for people that are able to demonstrate a track record in recruitment, have persuasive ability and be able to clearly define why you are money or career motivated; have examples of where you have been tenacious and want to work in an autonomous role where you need to be extremely pro active, with a positive attitude.
