The Office Services division in Glasgow need a Managing Consultant to manage the day to day performance of the perm recruitment team.

We already have an extremely successful Divisional Manager driving the performance of our temp business and we now want to replicate this structure within our perm business.

You will manage an existing team of 3 Perm Consultants initially however there will be further growth expected in 2017 so you will also have the opportunity to recruit additional staff into your team, be that experienced recruiters or trainees. We have an excellent training and development programme which allows us to invest in bringing new talent into the recruitment industry and this has worked well for us in recent years.

Our Managing Consultants also run their own desks and you’d be expected to perform at a senior consultant level in terms of financial targets so the ability to sell and build your own client base is pretty high on our list of essential criteria.

The Office Services team in Glasgow are probably the largest and most experienced across the Glasgow Office Services recruitment market so you will be joining a team that has an enviable reputation and lots of experience to call upon in those times where you don’t now how to tackle a particular situation.

There is great scope for career progression and just to prove it - the Managing Director of Scotland started her career as a Manager in Office Services and the Associate Director of Office Services Scotland joined Search in this exact job.
