About the team
The Call & Contact Centre division is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Team in Crawley, either a Trainee or indeed an experienced recruiter looking for their next step into a Senior Consultant role. This is a fast pace role where you will need to be working to tight deadlines to meet clients needs and expectations. We work with a number of established clients, where have built strong relationships over recent years, however we are looking for an individual to grow the client base through business development.
Based in Crawley we cover a wide geographical area in terms of both clients and candidates. We cover roles from a local perspective but also a regional perspective; this includes servicing our Corporate Clients.
It’s essential that you are very sales focused and confident in making sales calls, handling objections and closing sales. It is an exciting opportunity for someone not only to grow and develop existing business, but also to bring in new business by making outbound telesales calls, visiting customers and various other forms of social and business networking.
As a recruitment business we are, of course, always keen to speak to people who have previous experience within the industry however a lot of our current success stories come from people who joined our team as a ‘Trainee Consultant’ with no recruitment experience. What they all have in common is sales experience, drive and sheer determination to be successful.
