Recruitment is a hugely autonomous industry that requires articulate, money-motivated individuals who have a passion for business and success. We are a legal recruitment consultancy that specialises in placing associates/ partners /general counsel into new roles. Our Private Practice client base covers most of the top 100 law firms in the UK (Magic/Silver Circle Law firms) that are based in London and across the UK.
Your role would be to recruit in this market, concentrating on private practice. We will continue your development so you deliver a truly consultative service that clients and candidates value. You will be shown how to map the market, how to create and realise strong, long lasting business relationships and you will be trained how to effectively communicate with your clients and candidates. You will become a true specialist in your chosen field.
To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your persuasive ability; have a good degree, ideally in law, be able to clearly define why you are money motivated; have examples of where you have been tenacious and want to work in an autonomous role where you need to be extremely pro active.

Located in our offices in the centre of Crawley you will be working with a team of legal recruiters. Currently, this team of four, contains some of the best perm consultants at Search and generates great results through an established client base that we service across the whole of the UK, which you can also benefit from.
As an individual you will be driven and want to be successful, ideally wanting to grow and develop yourself. You will also have good commerciality and a flair for building good client relationships. As a recruitment consultant you may already have knowledge in legal recruitment. If not, that’s ok, as long as you have a proven track record in commercial or professional services recruitment.
You will receive a warm client base, alongside some target clients that you would aim to work with in the future. This gives you a great opportunity to earn money quickly and gain early success whilst making the desk your own, with continued support and development all the way.
