The Office Services division in Dunfermline is expanding in order to capitalise on a buoyant market in the Fife region. We are now in a position to add a third Recruitment Consultant to take our office Services/Call Centre team to 3.
The successful Consultant will be able to place candidates across both Call Centre and Office Services meaning there is a large market for you to target.
Our Dunfermline business enjoyed great success last year and with the recent departure of a successful Consultant, who moved to an internal recruitment role, we have a number of strong relationships in the area that you will be able to pick up and build upon.
The Office Services and Call Centre divisions at Search Consultancy are one of the largest and most experienced in the Scottish recruitment market so you will be joining a team that has an enviable reputation and lots of experience to call upon when you need support.
There is huge scope for career progression and you just have to look at the Linked In profiles of some of our current staff to see evidence of that.
This is 360 recruitment role which will include business development so sales experience and a desire to sell in order to win new business is essential. We sell every single day so there’s no avoiding this part of the job.
Recruitment is an activity and target driven business so you must be bale to demonstrate success within a target driven business.
There is a lot that needs to be achieved on a daily and weekly basis, which we will discuss in more detail at interview but one thing is for sure – your time management skills will be tested.
