The Office Services division in Dunfermline is expanding in order to capitalise on a buoyant market in the Fife region. We are now in a position to add a Temp Consultant to our Office Services team.  The successful Consultant will place candidates into temporary Office Services roles and therefore must be able to work at pace to ensure you meet client demand.

Our Dunfermline business have enjoyed great success in recent years which means we have a number of strong relationships in the area that you will be able to pick up and build upon.

The Office Services division at Search Consultancy are one of the largest and most experienced in the Scottish recruitment market so you will be joining a team that has an enviable reputation and lots of experience to call upon when you need support.

There is huge scope for career progression and you just have to look at the LinkedIn profiles of some of our current staff to see evidence of that.  

This is 360 recruitment role which will include business development so sales experience and a desire to sell in order to win new business is essential. We sell every single day so there’s no avoiding this part of the job.  Recruitment is an activity and target driven business so you must be able to demonstrate success within a target driven business.  There is a lot that needs to be achieved on a daily and weekly basis, which we will discuss in more detail at interview but one thing is for sure – your time management skills will be tested.We’re looking for ambitious, driven and commercially aware people who are looking to develop a career in recruitment.
