Our Aberdeen Office Services team enjoyed a very successful 2018, their first full year in the Aberdeen market they exceeded all targets and expectations, they are now pushing ahead with continued growth for 2019. The team focus on business support roles these can range from administrators, executive assistants through to office managers, working across a variety of sectors. Aberdeen is an incredibly buoyant market, you would support clients in the provision of temporary recruitment solutions, this is a fast paced and dynamic role requiring somebody who can undertake business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within recruitment, you will be joining a small team and as such you must be able to work autonomously, showing the drive and ambition to develop your desk without a manager micro-managing you. Your manager is not based from the Aberdeen office, and whilst they make regular visits to Aberdeen you will need to be fairly self-sufficient.
Regardless of your current level of experience you will be given first class training and equipped with all the tools you will need to build a successful desk. Your job is to attract the very best Office Services candidates on the market through high quality candidate attraction methods.
It is then your job to place these candidates with a wide range of clients using multiple sales techniques from cold calling brand new business to servicing existing clients.
You will deliver outstanding service to both your candidates and clients ensuring their expectations are met at every stage of the process. This is a target and results driven job and you will get out of it what you put in. You will be responsible for meeting candidates, arranging and attending client meetings, business development over the telephone and face to face, meeting sales targets and generating revenue.
