Recruitment Coordinator - Health & Social Care

Liverpool 

We are looking for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our very successful medical, health & social care division in Liverpool.

To complete the team, we are looking for a highly organised and motivated full time recruitment co-ordinator. Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising, Database searching, and following leads on referrals to attract high quality experienced staff
  • Working alongside the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet a astringent criteria
  • Giving the highest level of customer service to our existing clients
  • Working with the bank of staff to fill the vacancies, deal with queries, and provide employment support.
  • Speaking with candidates and resourcing from numerous job boards.


As this will be a very busy desk, we are looking for candidates who are highly organised and process driven, but also able to build relationships with workers and work quickly to ensure the best possible outcomes. Co-ordinators will work flexibly to include on-call (out of office) cover shared amongst the team

The package will include a salary competitive within the industry and a bespoke bonus scheme.
