Recruitment Manager - HR
Glasgow

Due to an internal transfer we are looking for an experienced recruiter to head up our HR division in Scotland. These opportunities do not come around that often, if you are an experienced recruiter looking to take your first step into management, or experienced manager looking for a new challenge, then this could be just the career move you need to make. You will take the lead on our Scotland HR business, with the objective of building a team of highly consultative and performance focused recruiters. You will have a wide remit handling roles from HR Advisor through to HR Director, Learning & Development through to Talent Acquisition. You won't be limited to geography and can take on the whole Scotland market, carving out your own niche desk within HR.


You will be supported by a phenomenal leadership team, providing you with support and allowing you to achieve your careers ambitions.


Your candidates are also your clients in this market; you must therefore be consultative and provide exceptional recruitment solutions. You will have the scope to develop business not only for your market but the wider Search organisation - Search offer a referral bonus for any vacancies you source for other divisions so this could be very lucrative for you!


This is a business development role and we are looking for a recruiter who is happy to take on the sales element of this role.


What we are looking for:

  • Experienced Recruiter, you would focus on permanent roles within the HR market.
  • Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
  • Candidate management, including sourcing and networking activities
  • Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships
  • Highly influential and motivational; the ability to lead, coach and mentor recruitment professionals to maximise revenue and achieve team objectives.
