About the Opportunity
Due to further year on year growth of the Office Services team in Leeds we have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcer to join the successful, busy and vibrant team to provide resourcing support to one of our key clients along with wider resourcing and sales support responsibilities.
The role itself will involve managing the account of a key client, attracting applications via our database and partner job boards, screening and registering suitable candidates thoroughly and matching them to a variety of exciting opportunities within the company. You will have assessment centres and intake dates to meet so expectations on quality and quantity can be high.
Alongside supporting this contract there will be a wide variety of additional tasks and responsibilities from resourcing for and supporting other consultants with their vacancies, referencing support, database management, managing the available candidates trackers, undertaking sales/marketing support to help grow the division and when required attending client meetings and service reviews to name a few.
This is a key new role, which will enable further growth of the team, therefore it is essential that the right person is secured. There is excellent scope to progress and a develop in to a full 360 consultant in the future so having the right attitude and drive to be the best is essential

Ideally you'll have recruitment/resourcing/interviewing experience and be looking to join a successful and expanding team, however, it is more about the demonstrable attributes and attitude of the candidate.
