Registered Nurse Manager

Due to significant growth of our healthcare division, we are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse Manager who can expand our candidate talent pool across Scotland and provide support to our other UK offices. 

Based in Glasgow and reporting to the Healthcare Managing Director, we are looking for someone who can inspire and develop our nursing team to support our growth plans. The successful candidate will be a registered general nurse (must hold a valid NMC pin) with an understanding of nursing agency requirements. In addition, they will be a strategic manager who is able to effectively work in a fast and ever changing environment with an ongoing focus on the future and growth of the business. 

The successful candidate will combine expert knowledge of care legislation with a passion for delivering high-quality care and service. Key to this role is exceptional written and verbal communication, customer service and organisational skills as well as the following responsibilities:

  • Highly effective management of any complaints that arise.
  • Management of a responsive and challenging internal audit process, to ensure that our processes and people are always working to the very best practice through supervisions and appraisals.
  • Review progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Review and development of policies and procedures that adhere to the care inspectorate requirements.
  • You must be able to demonstrate your expert-level knowledge of care legislation.
  • Mentor and support staff.
