The role of a trainee consultant here at Search comes with lots of support and a structured development programme, Search Start, which ensures full exposure to all elements of the role of a recruitment consultant.
From identifying potential clients through to taking candidates through our career match process, taking on detailed job specs, conducting client meetings and making placements, Search empowers trainees to get involved in the whole 360 process.
